A tiny warning function

Node SQLite persistence for tiny-agent sessions. It implements the runtime `ISessionRepository` port and makes SQLite the only durable source for session metadata, configuration, successful turns, and transcript messages.

Runtime core for tiny-agent: turn orchestration, hook composition, domain events and the storage/tool ports the SDK composes. It owns the single `@earendil-works/pi-agent-core` `Agent` seam and stays free of wire, SQLite and MCP concerns.

ACP v1 agent/server adapter. Bridges the official `@agentclientprotocol/sdk` transport to the `@stackory/tiny-agent` Host/Session SDK: it maps ACP requests and notifications to SDK calls, and maps SDK domain events to ACP `session/update` notifications.

tiny-agent 的 **app-server** 接入层:把一个 `TinyAgentHost` 通过 stdio 上的自有 NDJSON JSON-RPC 协议暴露给外部 host(如 `agent-runtime`),与 `@stackory/tiny-agent-acp` **平级并存**。相较 ACP,本协议由 tiny-agent 自己拥有,可承载 ACP 撑不住的能力 (`outputSchema`/`structured`、`steer` 等)。
