Node.js tty module for Gjs

Optional Vala/GObject bridge providing Posix.isatty(), ioctl(TIOCGWINSZ), termios raw-mode and SIGWINCH for GJS. Enhances @gjsify/tty and @gjsify/process with correct terminal behaviour when installed.
