Get XDG Base Directory paths

Generate paths based on the [XDG Base Directory specification](http://standards.freedesktop.org/basedir-spec/basedir-spec-latest.html‎).

A pug plugin allowing basedir option to be configured as an array. The resolver will attempt to resolve the basedirs in order.

just write on `packaje.json` file "basedir":"./(rootName)"
